My sessions are relaxed and stress-free. I follow your family’s cues, but usually start the session with more guided shots, and move on to candid moments as we become more comfortable with each other. I want your children to have time to play and for all of you to enjoy your time together in front of my lens.

We can meet at one of the many beautiful locations in and around Toronto or at your home. I’m happy to suggest some favourite spots or join you at a location that’s meaningful to your family. In the summer, I am thrilled to join families at their cottage or on vacation on Lake Simcoe.
I put away my watch for my sessions and I want you to as well. Each client is different and each session needs a different amount of time to create magic. I don't want you to worry that your child is only opening up to me in the last few minutes, or we're dragging the session too long because we "have the time" - each session will be as long as it needs to be, usually between one to two hours.

Read through my welcome guide and select the package that’s right for you. We decide on a date, time and location that works best for your session. I send you an online agreement and invoice. Once you’ve signed and paid your deposit my time is booked for you!
Step 1
We set up a time for a phone consult. Yes, the phone. We chat about your family, your expectations for the shoot, location, any specific images you have in mind, how you want to display your images (wall art, album, holiday cards etc..) wardrobe, snacks, weather contingency plans and any other questions you may have to make the actual session easy and stress free.
Step 2
Now for the best part, the session! We will spend between 1 to 2 hours together at the location on your choice. I will help encourage natural and connected moments and give your children plenty of time to play and be themselves. My sessions are not a set amount of time because every family moves at their own pace. Some need more time to warm up than others. I never want clients to feel that I’m paying more attention to the time than to them.
Step 3
I send you a link to your private online gallery with the best images from our time together. Browse, download, share and print your images directly from the gallery. It’s convenient and straight forward. If you would like some guidance about printing wall art and albums, I’m always happy to take care of this for you. Make sure you have a box of kleenex ready before you click play!
Step 4
Prints, wall art and albums are crafted and delivered to you. All you have to do is find the space on your wall or your coffee table for your new favourite pieces for your home.

I also take beautifully simple portraits of kids for schools and groups? I'm obsessed with capturing their sweet faces and honest expressions and banning forced smiles and cheesy backdrops once and for all.
